Return Policy and Guarantees

At the time of Delivery / Shipment, the Warehouse staff will check in front of you that your material is not damaged and will deliver everything in good condition. Not
If so, let us know immediately to verify and correct your delivery / shipment.

If you want an Exchange or Return of your material, we only require that you present us with the Original Invoice within 30 calendar days, as well as the merchandise in good condition, and with its original packaging.

In the event that you consider that the material has a defect, we ask you to contact us BEFORE said material is Installed/Used so as not to invalidate your guarantee.

Misuse of the material, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions will invalidate your manufacturer’s warranty.
